Nom: BACON!

Eat the Street had their monthly gathering of food trucks and this was one event I was not about to miss since the theme was B-A-C-O-N.  (quite possibly the best garnish, main dish, dessert and versatile meat out there)  We got there early to avoid the lines and get the dishes before they sold out; but we weren't able to try them all so I hope that they bring the BACON theme back again or the truck continue to make these delicious bacon dishes.
