I had to work on the weekend at a conference which was expected to be really boring. So in true lehdoit fashion, I made excellent use out of my time.
One of the other exhibitors handed out these awesome 550 cord bracelets. This cord is also known as parachute cord, meaning this stuff is strong!!!
I became fascinated with the intricate weave of the bracelet and soon began taking it apart to figure out how it was assembled. And when I got home, I found my neon nylon rope and started making it happen!
Same type of weave, but a thinner cord makes for a different look. |
And of course adding rhinestones... |
Welcome to the arm party! |
So all in all, it was a pretty informative conference to attend in my opinion! teeheehee.
